If you or your child has a learning disability that prevents you or your child from taking a test as quickly as you would like, the law requires the test giver to accommodate your learning disability. A testing accommodation can include giving you extra time to take the test, allowing you to use a computer, giving you a private room in which to take the test, or some other form of accommodation. The testing accommodation laws apply to these and other kinds of tests:
- Medical Boards
- Bar Exam
- Graduate School
If you have questions about testing accommodations, or if you believe you have been discriminated against based on your learning disability, please don’t hesitate to email me, fill out the form below, or call me toll free at 888-369-1119.
